PowerLink Max: High-Capacity Tire Recycling at an Industrial Scale
A warehouse-sized tire recycling digester engineered for capacity, efficiency, and output at an industrial scale.
There’s no shortage of tire waste. What the world has been missing is the technology designed for true tire recycling, for-profit, and at an industrial scale.

PowerLink Max is designed to address that challenge.
Tires are first shredded to recover steel, then fed into the large-scale catalytic digester that’s engineered for high-capacity processing. It breaks down the shreds into liquid rubber, propane, and gases with hydrocarbon chains that we convert into low-carbon diesel, creating multiple commodity outputs with established industrial markets.
Our patented process extracts 20–40% more valuable materials than competing methods while operating at lower temperatures. The system is also “self-powering,” generating so much excess electricity that we can sell it back to the grid.
That combination of throughput, efficiency, and multiple revenue streams makes PowerLink Max a natural fit for operators working at scale, such as:
- Municipalities managing large-scale tire disposal.
- Private landfills seeking to better utilize existing waste streams.
- Industrial zones looking to address regional tire waste.
- Sites with legacy or contaminated tire stockpiles that require remediation.
We believe that for-profit, private-sector recyclers working in partnership with municipalities can address this challenge more quickly and efficiently than government programs alone.
For investors, we believe PowerLink represents an opportunity to own shares in a growing technology and infrastructure company focused on solving a large and growing environmental issue while building what we are designing to be a diversified, global company.
