The For-Profit Tire Recycling Process That Powers Itself.

The digester doesn’t just produce liquid rubber, it generates the energy to keep going—and then some!

April 11, 2026

Most industrial processes require a constant draw of external electricity. The PowerLink tire digester is designed to be self-sustaining.

Think of it like an industrial stomach. Tire waste enters the system, and a patented catalytic digestion process breaks it down at lower temperatures than most competing methods. It’s a method that extracts 20-40% more valuable materials in the process.

Each tire yields four distinct, sellable commodities: high-carbon steel, liquid rubber, propane, and other gases, which we convert into low-carbon diesel.

We recover steel during the shredding, before the tire even reaches the digester. The remaining rubber shreds enter the system, where the catalytic process goes to work.

The gases produced are converted into low-carbon diesel, while propane is separated and captured separately—and here’s where the engineering gets even more interesting…

A tiny portion of that fuel powers the generators that run the digester itself. In other words, this is a system that can sustain its own energy demand. It can keep the lights on, power the building, and still have plenty of power leftover for sale as a commodity.

The result is a process designed to generate various revenue streams from material that would otherwise pollute landfills and their surrounding environments.

This is what your investment backs: a patented system, engineered for efficiency, built to run at scale anywhere where there’s substantial tire waste.
